I will walk you through the process step by step to make it easy to understand and demystify any misconceptions and answer hopefully all of your questions. 

1- You have come across my work by chance or have been following my journey for a while and you love my paintings, BUT, nothing so far has met your ideal piece. The paintings you love are either too small or too big or not exactly the right colors or the one you LOVED had sold before you were able to make a decision. Sounds right?

2- You reach out to me to explore the option of commissioning me to create a piece specifically for you. You would share with me the one or more paintings that grabbed your attention and we will discuss size, placement in your home or cottage, your color scheme and what you liked or disliked about the pieces.

3- Once I have collected all the information that will help me create a painting that will capture your vision, I will start painting.

4- Depending on the size of the painting and the subject, I might create a small version to get your approval on color scheme, composition and general lay out.

5- I will share the painting progress with you along the way.

6- How do you pay me:

Once we agree on the details and price and before I start painting, you would pay me a 25% as a down payment. Upon completing the painting and getting your approval either in person or via photos if you are not located close to my studio, you would pay me the remainder of the price plus the shipping cost.

7- Shipping:

I will be responsible to package and ship the painting to you. I use professional shipping companies that are reliable to ensure the safe arrival of the painting to your home or cottage. I ship worldwide.

8- Guarantee:

Since we closely work together throughout this process to ensure that you LOVE the painting and it meets your expectation, there is a very low chance that you wouldn't be satisfied when you receive it. For that very low chance, I offer a 100% money back guarantee within 7 days from receiving the painting. The refund would be processed upon receiving the painting back in the same condition as received.
